Put your feet up at Pampers

inNorfolk | Put your feet up at PampersI don’t know what it is about this time of year, but I frequently find that I lack concentration, motivation and any semblance of a temper. It makes for a thoroughly stressful time for everyone involved.

In a desperate attempt to pick myself up I have decided to treat myself and booked myself in for facial at Pampers salon in Norwich.

I’ve never had one at Pampers before, but I’ve been going there for treatments for a while, so I know I can trust them to make me feel better.

In the past I’ve had manicures, pedicures, massages and even waxing and always leave feeling a bit more relaxed. The manicure I had before Christmas lasted a good week (with regular top coats) and the back, neck and shoulder massage really helped me to unwind.

Lovely loyalty

The only real downside is the location: because it’s in the centre of Norwich it is a bit noisy, especially if there’s a busker outside the window. And unfortunately, because Pampers is located above The White Stuff on London Street, there are buskers around at most times. You just have to hope you get one with a good voice!

The prices are also slightly higher than elsewhere, however, because they operate a loyalty point system it kind of evens out; when you have enough points you qualify for a free treatment, which is actually rather nice. I’ve saved the points and had a lengthy massage in the past, which is a proper treat.

I know everyone has different tastes, but for a salon in the middle of town, it’s very reasonably priced for the treatments it provides. Of course, a spa day would be utterly relaxing, but unfortunately, I can’t really justify going to a spa once a month!

You can find out more about Pampers on their website.

Hi, I'm Lucy. I've lived in Norfolk since 2001 and in that time I've grown to love this fine county. From the city of Norwich, to the countryside villages and sweeping coastline, there's so much to explore and hope to share my experiences with you here.
