The object of my desire – fawn brooch

Now, I know it might only be October, but I’ve started my Christmas shopping already. You might think I’m mad, and you’re probably right, but I’ve decided that I don’t want to still be shopping on December 24th. It’s just too stressful.

So, in an attempt to make the festive season as pain free as possible, I headed down to Cherry Cherry on Lower Goat Lane. It’s a little boutique selling lovely handmade products, from notebooks to tea cosies. Everything in there is cute and quirky – it was fun just having a wander around.

It might be because I’m wearing my winter coat again, I’m not sure, but I have a real thing for brooches at the minute, and this little darling caught my eye. It’s just so cute, it would look perfect on any coat. Including mine!

I know, I know, I’m supposed to be buying gifts for other people, but I love it! I will have to count my pennies and see if I can afford it (or convince the Other Half to buy it for Christmas…)!

They have a website too, so you can shop online although I think this might kill my bank balance!

If there’s somewhere in Norfolk that you think I should try, leave a comment below – now that Winter has set in, I’ve started to become a hermit!

Lucy

Hi, I'm Lucy. I've lived in Norfolk since 2001 and in that time I've grown to love this fine county. From the city of Norwich, to the countryside villages and sweeping coastline, there's so much to explore and hope to share my experiences with you here.
